Fill Up Your Senses with a Treasured Expedition

We've had the pleasure of exploring the Northwest U.S. San Juan Islands, Canadian Vancouver and Gulf Islands, and Alaska by personal yacht for a few years now. We're going to do so again this summer with my sister and the family of our son Kent with a trip up to Desolation Sound and the Discovery Islands in Canada.

In the past, when sharing stories from our adventures, some have expressed an interest in doing the same, but have been intimidated by the thought of a bare boat charter in these unfamiliar waters. The option of a cruise ship excursion is nowhere near the same thing. So I started thinking, what if we offered to do a voyage with those friends, kind of as a personal captain or coach?

If the possibility of sharing a trip with us is of interest to you, let me know. This could be through the experience of joining an Alaskan Flotilla with five or six other boats for a truly remote cruise of the glaciers and back waters of Alaska and the Inside Passage, or a simple week or so in the islands of NW Washington state and Vancouver, Canada.

Here are some links for you to explore, to understand what we mean by a "Treasured Expedition."
